About these terms

These terms govern use of governancesimplified.com and any digital products or services purchased from Governance Simplified. Before accepting payments, insert the business’s legal identity, address and governing law.

Educational and operational guidance

Website content, assessments, templates and reports provide general educational and operational guidance. They are not legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, financial or other professional advice, and do not guarantee compliance or any particular result.

Digital products

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to adapt and use the files internally within one purchasing organization. Products may not be resold, redistributed, published, sublicensed or used to create competing template products.

Services

Scope, timing, deliverables, fees and dependencies for health checks and advisory work will be agreed in writing. The customer remains responsible for decisions and implementation.

Prices, payment and refunds

Displayed prices include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. Payment terms, consumer cancellation rights and refund rules will be presented at purchase and must comply with applicable law. Do not enable checkout until those terms are configured.

Intellectual property

Site content and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Governance Simplified” and associated branding may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Governance Simplified is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of general website content or templates. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
